Terms and Conditions of Sale
Our following terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases English Law shall apply.
Adesso only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery to your given address will normally be made within 3-5 working days of the order date.
If you have an enquiry from outside of the UK, please contact us direct by email.
We will email you with a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit/debit card.
Adesso will endeavour to ensure that all orders are packed and despatched in the time frame quoted. If events outside our control prevent this, we will contact you by email and confirm when you can expect delivery to be made. If we are unable to supply your order, for any reason, we will refund all monies paid to us to date, to your credit/debit card account.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit/debit card which you are using is your own, you are over 18 years of age and that sufficient funds are available to pay for your purchase.
We here at Adesso, hope that you are fully satisfied with the products you have purchased on our website, but you do have the right to return any item to us, provided that it is returned unopened with seal intact and remains in a saleable condition. Simply print out and complete the returns form and return it together with the item, to the address detailed on the form. We will refund the price of the item to the purchasers credit/debit card account.
Adesso abides by the rules and regulations of the Data Protection Act and is legally bound by its codes and conditions. We would never share any information pertaining to our customers with any other parties, equally, we would never sell such information to any other parties.
Damages Policy
If your order arrives in a damaged condition you must advise us immediately by email, and not later than within three days, quoting your order reference number (this is detailed on your order confirmation email). You then need to print out and complete the damages form below and return it, together with the item to the address detailed on the form, ensuring that you obtain a proof of posting.
A refund will be made to the purchaser’s credit/debit card account, providing the item is returned in the same packaging in which it was despatched and within seven working days of being received.
Returns Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from Adesso you have the right to return any item to us. You simply need to print out and complete the returns form below and return it, together with the item to the address detailed on the form.
A refund will be made to the purchaser’s credit/debit card account, providing that the item is returned within 14 days of the date of despatch and it remains unopened with seal intact and remains in a saleable condition.
